DIVIZ is located around Shanghai, China, we are a professional manufacturer of plastic injection mold as well as plastic part production, mainly applied in precision plastic connectors, automotive , medical equipment, precision electronic and other plastic injection parts.

DIVIZ has rich experience of plastic mold export, testing and inspection equipment,stable and excellent management team, strict quality management system.

DIVIZ has passed the ISO9001:2008 as well as IATF16949.

The tolerance of our grinding machine can reach 0.001mm, Electrical discharge machining tolerances can reach 0.005mm, corner R less than or equal to 0.03mm, the surface roughness of the mirror effect can be achieved.

▲ Our Service

1. Mold design stage: Our team will combine with customer’s requirement to design DFM, customer’s requirement include hot runner necessity, plastic injection machine brand, standard part brand etc, in order to reach an agreement on mold design.

2. Mold completion stage: Submit 10 samples from each cavity including measure report to customer for mold approval.

3. Mold delivered stage: Testing mold on customer’s on site (Note: at this moment if there is incorrect dimensions happened on injected part , supplier is responsible repair the die part freely
